BP wellness program

 

Gamifying wellness has been a very successful concept for BP. In the early 2010s, they rolled out a points-based initiative to encourage their employees' physical, mental, and financial health.

At the beginning of each year, all US employees get a wellness kit loaded with useful info and cool gifts. The tone is light and gently encouraging — all about taking that first step.
